4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Prices include VAT where applicable.
  • Secure payment options available at checkout may include EFT, debit card, credit card, and other approved payment methods.
  • Full payment must be received before an order is processed and dispatched.
  • HC Brands reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery is generally between 2–5 working days after payment confirmation, depending on your location.
  • Shipping fees are calculated during checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
  • HC Brands is not liable for delays caused by: courier companies, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the products passes to the customer once delivery has been completed.

6. Returns and Refunds

Your rights are protected under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.

Eligible returns:

  • Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery together with photographs where applicable.

Please note:

  • Products returned must be in resalable condition.
  • Food products that have been opened or consumed cannot be returned unless they are defective or unsafe.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned goods have been inspected.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

While we make every effort to ensure product information is accurate:

Ingredients and nutritional information may change from time to time.
Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should carefully review product labels before consumption.
